The other day I got my bill in the mail. They finally got it right, apparently, by charging my internet service together with my phone bill. Oh, wait! What’s this?
I’m too lazy to scan right now, but I’ll quote:

SEVENTY NINE FUCKING DOLLARS AND NINETY FIVE CENTS. ARE THEY FUCKING KIDDING ME?
During my last debacle with these clowns, on one of the calls, one of the chumps mentioned a new plan, that stated that for 50 bucks I’d get 7X the speed I’m getting. I knew that wasn’t going to happen, so I said no. He then mentioned said plan included the Security Complete Solution, whatever that is. He said they’d be happy to throw in a 19″ flatscreen monitor. While I showed interest in said monitor, my understanding is that I never actually agreed to sign up for said plan. My 35 dollar a month service, when it wasn’t malfunctioning for whatever reasons, was and is more than enough.
Furthermore, had “chuckles” mentioned (as I am sure it would have been his obligation) that besides jacking up the cost of my internet fee, they’d be charging me for the bandwidth, I would have laughed, politely suggested where he could stick his shiny plan, and hung up.
So, in essence, I’m paying 50 bucks for having internet, and then another 30 for the privilege of actually using it. Motherfuckers.
